How it works

From nothing to taking registrations in an afternoon.

Four steps, no technical skills required. Most businesses publish their first class the same day they sign up.

  1. 01Set up your business

    ~10 minutes

Pick your web address, add your logo and colors, and create your first location. Your public site is live immediately — it just needs something to sell.

The guided setup walks you through everything. No web designer, no developer, no DNS settings.

  2. 02Create courses, schedule classes

    ~15 minutes

Build each course once — description, price, capacity, policies. Then put dates on the calendar, assign an instructor and location, and publish.

Single sessions or multi-day programs, early-bird windows, registration cutoffs — the calendar enforces your rules.

  3. 03Connect your payment account

    ~5 minutes

Link your own Stripe or PayPal account with a couple of clicks. Students pay you directly at registration — Robin never holds your money and never takes a cut.

Prefer cash or card at the door? Turn on pay-in-person and record payments from the roster.

  4. 04Open the doors

    day one

Share your site. Students browse, register, and pay on their own; you watch seats fill from the dashboard, check people in from your phone, and let reminders and waitlists run themselves.

Confirmation emails, class reminders, capacity holds, waitlists — all automatic from the first registration.

After setup

What runs on its own from day one

These aren't settings to configure — they're how Robin works out of the box.

Confirmation emails

Branded receipts and confirmations go out the moment a registration completes.

Class reminders

Students get an automatic reminder before class — fewer no-shows without lifting a finger.

Seat holds

A seat is reserved while a student checks out, then released automatically if they don't finish.

No overselling

Classes flip to Full on their own when the last seat goes, and reopen if someone cancels.

Waitlists

On Pro, full classes start a waitlist automatically so you know exactly who to call next.

A site that stays current

Publish, edit, or cancel a class and your public site updates instantly — nothing to re-upload.

Your team

Everyone gets exactly the access they need

Owner

Everything — including Robin billing, payment accounts, and organization settings.

Admin

Runs operations: courses, classes, locations, team, registrations, and reports.

Staff

Handles the day: registrations, students, check-in, and recording in-person payments.

Instructor

Sees their own classes and takes attendance — nothing else to get lost in.

Meanwhile, for students

Three steps on their side too

They find your site

Browse courses, see real seat counts, pick a date that works.

They register in ~2 minutes

As a guest, on any phone — pay online or reserve and pay at the door.

They show up ready

Confirmation right away, a reminder before class, directions included.

No student accounts required — anyone who wants a portal can create one later with the email they registered with.

This afternoon is as good as any.

14 days free on either plan. No credit card until you decide to stay.
